About this event:

National Online Conversations on Indigenous Laws – Saskatchewan Enforcement Pilot Project Whitecap Dakota & Muskoday First Nations

In 2019, the government of Saskatchewan and the Whitecap Dakota and Muskoday First Nations signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore how to enforce First Nations laws, particularly environmental protection laws. This session will provide an update on the work completed since then to establish a more comprehensive agreement for the enforcement of laws.
