2026 Enforcement Conference on the Future of Enforcement of First Nation Laws
November 17 and 18, 2026 – Hilton Lac Leamy, Gatineau, Quebec
We are pleased to announce that the Lands Advisory Board (LAB) and the First Nations Land Management Resource Centre (RC) will host the 2026 National Conference on the Future of Enforcement of First Nation Laws. Building on the success of our 2023 conference, which welcomed over 600 attendees, this two-day event will take place November 17–18, 2026, in Gatineau-Ottawa, QC, at the Hilton Lac-Leamy Conference Centre, with both in-person and virtual participation options.
The conference is expected to draw an even larger audience, including First Nations, provincial, and federal decision-makers with expertise in the enforcement of First Nations laws.
