  • How to assess which laws are relevant to your First Nation and how to decide on priorities for laws
  • The process for developing good laws, including some suggested ‘do-s’ and ‘don’t-s’ for good drafting practices,
  • When to use laws and when to use regulations and policies or administrative measures,
  • Ideas for enforcing laws; and
  • Traditional Laws
