Objectifs :

Le Registre foncier des Premières Nations (RFPN) vise à établir un registre foncier indépendant contrôlé par les Premières Nations pour les Premières Nations opérationnelles dans le cadre de l’accord-cadre, ainsi que pour les Premières Nations autonomes participantes.

Cette conférence abordera un large éventail de sujets liés à la création et à la gestion des intérêts fonciers dans les réserves, en s’appuyant sur les réglementations et les normes d’enregistrement modernisées prévues par le nouveau RFPN.

Nous vous encourageons à assister à cette session afin de nous faire part de vos commentaires et de partager vos points de vue en tant que professionnels du domaine foncier, en appliquant une perspective régionale pour soutenir l’avancement de la gouvernance foncière et le développement économique sur les terres des Premières Nations.

• Premières Nations autonomes opérationnelles et participantes : directeurs de la gouvernance foncière, gestionnaires fonciers, personnel du registre foncier, administrateurs de bande, chefs et conseillers
• Autres professionnels du domaine foncier : avocats, prêteurs, agents immobiliers, évaluateurs, assureurs et experts connexes.

Objectives:

The First Nations Land Governance Registry (FNLGR) aims to establish a First Nation-controlled, independent land registry for Operational First Nations under the Framework Agreement, as well as for participating Self-Governing First Nations.

This conference will address a broad range of topics related to the creation and management of on-reserve land interests, guided by modernized regulations and registry standards under the new FNLGR.

We encourage you to attend this session to provide feedback and share insights as land professionals, applying a regional perspective to support the advancement of land governance and economic development on First Nation lands.

Target Audience:

• Operational and Participating Self-Governing First Nations: Land Governance Directors, Land Managers, Land Registry Staff, Band Administrators, Chiefs, and Councilors
• Other Land Professionals: Lawyers, lenders, real estate agents, appraisers, insurance providers, and related expert
