Objectives:

  • Provide an overview of how the land code and fiscal governance tools can support strategic elements of ATRs and TLE, particularly resolving service agreements, planning for improved infrastructure, and building administrative capacity to create a better investment climate on-reserve 
  • Join a Virtual Armchair Discussion that will feature community experts on ATR-TLE in Manitoba as they share their approaches, experiences, and explore potential areas for policy reform   

Target Audience:

  • Operational, Developmental & Signatory First Nations, Interested First Nations:
    Land Governance Directors, Land Managers and Staff, Chief & Council,
    Band Managers, Lands Committee Members, Elders and Youth
