This two-day workshop will provide an overview of granting land interests and licences under Land Codes and the Framework Agreement, with a focus on the following:

• Commercial and Residential Leasing on First Nation Lands
• Overview of the A-to-A leasing process
• Mortgages on First Nation Lands
