With great excitement, we are proud to announce that Long Lake #58 First Nation voted overwhelmingly to adopt their Community Land Code.  Yesterday, November 24th, 2016, almost 400 registered voters cast ballots 96% in favour of re-assuming jurisdiction over their lands and resources.  As such, Long Lake #58 First Nation has become the 67th Framework Agreement Signatory Community to ratify their Land Code.  The LABRC congratulates you on all of your hard work and in regaining control of your community’s Land Governance under the Framework Agreement!
