• The use of comprehensive record systems for lands management 
• The scope of documentation that should be maintained by individual First Nations 
• Retention and disposal of original signed records 
• Record maintenance and security

• Operational, Developmental & Signatory First Nations, Interested First Nations:
  Land Governance Directors, Land Managers and Staff, Chief & Council,
  Band Managers, Lands Committee Members, Elders and Youth
