Objective:
During this webinar, we will review the mandate from land code First Nations to explore significant changes to the Additions to Reserve (ATR) process, review the Interim ATR changes announced by Canada in 2024 and provide a brief update on Lands Advisory Board proposal for a new ATR process for land code First Nations.
