At Kinsmen Park in Prince Albert on Wednesday evening, Prince Albert MP Randy Hoback presented Chief Bear with the the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal.
“He’s known throughout the country as being a very, very good chief. He’s definitely somebody that’s given back over and over again to his community. And if you go out to Muskoday and you see how that reserve functions and operates, it’s one of the best reserves in Canada,” Hoback said.
